14 Day Returns Guarantee

Here at Sweet Lingerie we want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase and therefore we are pleased to offer a 14 Day no quibble Returns Guarantee with every purchase that you make!

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then simply return your goods to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods to receive a full refund or exchange. You will need to fill out the 'Returns / Exchanges Form" that you will find inside your parcel when you first receive your purchase, and return to the following address:

All items being returned to us must be sent complete, with all original packaging and labels intact. All items must also be undamaged and unsoiled. For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns for Knickers, Thongs, Bodystockings, or Hoisery where the packaging has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights

We recommend that all of our customers obtain proof of posting from the Post Office when returning items to us. For items that are faulty, Sweet Lingerie will refund the postage. For non faulty/unwanted items, return postage will need to be paid for by the customer
